Putting your Critter Universe Tube Time 16" Cage Together
Before you start assembling your new Tube Time Cage, it is a good idea to lay out all the parts and make sure they are all there. The graphic below will help you check. Assembly is easy, just follow the instructions, its a Snap. If you find there are parts missing contact the manufacturer's customer service department at 800 295-2243.
Step 1
Carefully unfold the front, back, and side panels.
TIP: If any panels have become stuck together, separate them by carefully moving the panels side to side to free them.

Step 2
Connect the front cage panel (includes doorway) to the left side panel as shown. The "J" shaped wire hooks are specially designed to hook onto the side panel alternating the connection back and forth. Then attach the front panel and the side panel again to create a woven connection joint.
Repeat this connection between the remaining panels in each corner using the alternating "J" shaped hook.
HINT: Start by attaching bottom "J" hook first and move up, attaching top "J" hook last.

Step 3
Place the assembled wire top onto the base making sure the bottom of the wire panels rest securely along the top edge of the base.
Secure the top wire panels to the base using the 2 wire latches located on each side.
Punch the plastic piece in the center of the plates out and remove to allow pet access to the tubes.
Attach the Tube Connector Plates to the two openings on the cage top. Slide one of the tabs on the plate under the wire and snap in place so that the two tabs are in place under the full length wires on each side of the opening.
Secure the top wire panels to the base using the 2 wire latches located on each side.
Punch the plastic piece in the center of the plates out and remove to allow pet access to the tubes.
Attach the Tube Connector Plates to the two openings on the cage top. Slide one of the tabs on the plate under the wire and snap in place so that the two tabs are in place under the full length wires on each side of the opening.
Step 4
Attach the 3" Straight Tube to the underside of the shelf by snapping into place on the hole in the shelf. Insert the assembled shelf and tube through the doorway. Snap shelf to cage wire on the 6th wire up from the bottom on the right side of the cage.
Step 5
Snap a Tube Connector Ring to the straight end of a 5" Elbow Tube and attach to the Tube Connector Plate on the right side of the cage above the shelf. Snap a Tube Connector Ring to the straight end of a 10" Elbow Tube and attach to the Tube Connector Plate on the left side so that it leads to the floor of the cage.
Connect the remaining tubes and rings as shown and attach to the top of the cage.

Step 6
Insert the Wheel Pin into the center hole in the back of the wheel. Attach the exercise wheel assembly on the left side between the 3rd and 4th wire up from the bottom. Turn the Wheel Pin vertically against the horizontal wires to lock in place.
Assembly Complete!
