Putting your Premium Plus Chick-N-Lodge Together
Before you start assembling your new Chick-N-Lodge, it is a good idea to lay out all the parts and make sure they are all there. The graphic below will help you check. Assembly is easy, just follow the instructions, its a Snap. If you find there are parts missing contact the manufacturer's customer service department at 800 295-2243.
Step 1
Attach Front panel to Full screen side panel, and Back panel to Left side panel. Then attach Middle panel to side panels. Use twelve 2" Wood screws (A).
Step 2
Place the Middle-half partition vertically between Middle panel and Back panel in center of lower section. Insert the Lower floor at the base of the Back and Middle panels.
Step 3
Attach Full screen side panel front section and Right side panel to back section. Use twelve 2" wood screws (A). Place Upper floor panels in upper back section.
Step 4
Place roosting bars in notched open areas in upper back section. Attach the Ramp to the eye hooks directly below inside doorway.
Step 5
Attach Roof panels using sixteen 1 1/2" wood screws (B).
Step 6
Attach Center ridge caps with eight 1 1/2" wood screws (B). Attach Top ridge caps with eight 5/8" wood screw (C).
