HD Chick-N-Barn (01495) by Ware Mfg. Assembly Instructions

If you have purchased an HD Chick-N-Barn (Model 01495) by Ware Mfg. and have misplaced the assembly instructions this post should help get back on track. Putting your HD Chick-N-Barn Together

Before you start assembling your new chicken barn, it is a good idea to lay out all the parts and make sure they are all there.  The graphic below will help you check.  Assembly is easy, just follow the instructions, its a Snap. If you find there are parts missing contact the manufacturer's customer service department at 800 295-2243.

Step 1

Unfold the Back Panel (A).

Step 2

Attach Side (C) with egg doors to Back Panel (A). Secure with four 1 1/2" Bolts and four Wing Nuts.

Step 3

Attach Side (D) to Back Panel (A). Secure with four 1 1/2" Bolts and four Wing Nuts.

Step 4

Attach Front Panel to sides with eight 1 1/2" Bolts and eight Wing Nuts. (If using with Yard, do not tighten bolts.) Before installing both side lids, insert Roost and secure each side with 3/4" Bolts.

Step 5

Attach Screen (G) to left side Lid (E) with four 3/4" bolts. Then lift onto Barn. Repeat on other side.

Step 6

Attach completed sides to Barn by aligning holes in screen to Barn holes. Secure with four 1 1/2" Bolts and four Wing Nuts. Repeat on other side.

Step 7

Place Right Roof Panel (I) on Barn, align holes and secure with two 1 1/2" bolts. Repeat on other side.

Step 8

Place Roof Cap (K) on Barn, align holes and secure with eight wood screws.

Assembly Complete!

Your HD Chick-N-Barn is now complete!
