Putting your Clean Living Cage 4.0 Together

Before you start assembling your new Clean Living Cage, it is a good idea to lay out all the parts and make sure they are all there.  The graphic below will help you check.  Assembly is easy, just follow the instructions, its a Snap. If you find there are parts missing contact the manufacturer's customer service department at 800 295-2243.

Step 1

Insert 4 Wheels into the bottom of the Plastic Base. Tip: Place the two locking wheels towards the front of the cage.

Step 2

Unfold the Lower Wire Set and place inside notches in plastic Base. Slide Pull-out Tray into the bottom of the base. Door should be above Pull-out Tray. Tip: Lower Wire Set does not have wire latches on the sides.

Step 3

Attach Clips to right and left side of wire and snap lock onto Base.

Step 4

Snap together Scatter-Shield panels. Slide assembled ScatterShield down the outside of the Wire Set and insert into notches on the Base.

Step 5

Snap Ramp Bases onto Ramps and twist-lock assembled Ramps onto the hooks on the bottom of the Shelves.

Step 6

Using 5 Shelf Knobs, attach Shelf to the 2nd bar from the bottom on the left side of the Lower Wire Set.

Step 7

Unfold the Upper Wire Set and rest on top of the Lower Wire Set. Lock Upper Wire Set Latches onto Lower Wire Set. Tip: Make sure the door faces front.

Step 8

Using 5 Shelf Knobs, attach Shelf to the 4th bar from the bottom on the right side. Then attach a Shelf on the 6th bar from the bottom on the left side.

Step 9

Rest Roof onto assembled cage. Press down on the Right side of the Roof while pulling on the right side of Wire Set to attach left-center Roof hook. Repeat for the left side of the Roof. Press down on back center of Roof while pulling on the back of the Wire Set to attach back-center Roof hook. Repeat for front.

Step 10

Assembly Complete!
