Premium Plus Chick-N-House by Ware Mfg. Assembly Instructions

If you have purchased a Premium Plus Chick-N-House by Ware Mfg. , from us or others and can't find your instructions or you would like to see how easily it goes together before you buy. This House is a great value priced Coop for a small flock of up to 5 average sized Hens. Optional add-ons for this Coop include the Premium Plus Chick-N-Pen and the Premium Plus Universal Chick-N-Nest Box  Just keep reading as we lay out how to put your Evergreen Hutch together. To Keep your hutch in tip top shape we suggest that you re-stain all the wood surfaces every year using a  safe non-toxic water based stain (available at your local hardware store).

Always place you hutch in a sheltered area protected from temperature extremes and high winds.


Assembling your Premium Plus Chick-N-House

First, you will need a Phillips Screwdriver (power driver makes the job much faster), you may also want to have another person to help hold the parts in place while you assemble. The beauty of this product is you only need one tool to put it all together, a Phillips Screwdriver.

Make sure you have all the parts as laid out below:

 Step 1


Attach the front and back panels to the side panels using 10 of the 3-1/4" Bolts and Nuts.

Step 2


After completing the above step place the 3 floor boards inside the assembled walls, then insert the three Roosting Bars into the slots provided on the inside 

Step 3


Attach Roof Panel to the top of the of the outside of the back panel.
Use two of the 1-1/4" Screws (B) from the outside and 3 of the 1" Screws (C) in the 3 middle holes.
Attach the two Roof Supports (hinges) using four of the 5/8" Screws (D) for each side, into the inside of the Roof and side Panels
