you would like to see how easily it goes together before you buy. This Hutch is a luxury two level Condo with a ground level yard and living quarters above. Just keep
reading as we lay out how to put your Rabbit Ranch together. If you are

To Keep your hutch in tip top shape we suggest that you re-stain all the wood surfaces every year using a safe non-toxic water based stain (available at your local hardware store).
Always place you hutch in a sheltered area protected from temperature extremes and high winds.

Make sure you have all the parts as laid out below:
Slide the inside Ramp Platform into the Hutch, letting it rest in the groove on the Run Back. Secure the platform by attaching the Front Support to the hutch assembly using one 2" Screw (A) and one 1-1/2" Screw (B)

Assembling your Premium Plus Rabbit Ranch
First, you will need a Phillips Screwdriver (power driver makes the job much faster), you may also want to have another person to help hold the parts in place while you assemble. The beauty of this product is you only need one tool to put it all together, a Phillips Screwdriver.Make sure you have all the parts as laid out below:
Step 1
Attach the four Hutch Panels and the Run Back using 10 of the 1-1/2" Screws (B). Then attach the three Run Panels using 4 of the 1-1/2" Screws (B).
Step 2
Connect the run assembly the the Hutch assembly with 4 of the 2" Screws (A).

Step 4
Attach the access Ramp using two of the 2/3" Screws (E) to connect it to the inside Ramp Platform and one of the 1" Screws (D) to connect to the side of the run.
Step 5
Slide the Pull Pan into place on the right side of the Hutch body.
Step 6
Attach the Run Top to the Run assembly with four of the 2/3" Screws (E). Then attach the Roof Panels using eight of the 1-3/8" Screws (C).
Step 7
Getting near the end, attach the Roof Ridge Cap using four of the 1" Screws (D). Lastly attach the Picket Fence panels using twenty two of the 1" Screws (D).
Step 8
You are done! time to move your Bunny into it's new Home.
